Tim Brown Video’s Summery

Tim was talking about the difference between designing and design thinking. He started talking about his first two projects that were not successful, so he had a thought that the design appearance, making attractive and easy to use products is not so important to people. He thinks that today’s designs are all about the fun aspect of the product and not so much about the appearance and how useful the product is. He suggested that designers should look to design from a different angle. And consecrate less on designing the product and more on the design thinking as a method of designing. He gave so many examples, showed pictures, and mentioned great designers name to support his point of view.
